Womenswear supply for importers and wholesalers.

You are comparing offers and standing behind the decision. This path covers how specifications, quotation assumptions, quality evidence and repeat conditions are put in writing.

What this path settles

Three decisions that make an offer defensible.

Professional buying is a documentation exercise. The offer that survives internal review is the one where every claim has a written line behind it.

01 · Normalised specification

Can two quotations be compared line by line?

Professional buyers compare offers, not adjectives. A quotation is only comparable when the specification behind it is written in the same fields — construction, material, finish, quantity and what is excluded from the price.

02 · Quotation assumptions

What is inside the number, and what is not?

Most disputes over price are disputes over scope. Stating the delivery basis, the packing level and the inputs the quote assumes turns a single figure into a document you can defend internally.

03 · Repeat conditions

What stays fixed between the first order and the fifth?

Repeat purchasing depends on the construction, the recorded materials and the inspection standard staying put. Where a material has to change, the substitution is raised before production rather than discovered at delivery.

Inputs that keep the review specific

What a professional buyer normally sends.

None of it has to be final. What matters is that each answer is stated rather than assumed.

  1. 01

    Specification per style

Category, construction, material direction, finish and quantity estimate in one format per style.

  2. 02

    Delivery basis and destination

Where responsibility transfers and which market the goods are entering, so the labelling and documentation route is settled early.

  3. 03

    Packing level you expect

Carton, inner packing and labelling expectations stated up front, because packing changes both cost and inspection scope.

  4. 04

    Quality evidence you need

Say which record you want to see against the goods. Inspection points and the record kept at each stage are set out on the quality-control page.

  5. 05

    Repeat intent

Tell us whether this is a trial order, a seasonal order or the first of a planned series — it changes how the first run is set up.

Evidence boundary

What we will and will not put in writing.

An offer is only as strong as the claims behind it. These limits are stated so nothing has to be withdrawn later.

  • We describe the construction, the materials and the inspection sequence for your order — not a standing capability statement for every product in the category.
  • We do not claim garment certifications we do not hold, and we do not present a mill or material certificate as a finished-garment certification.
  • Capacity figures, published prices and fixed lead times are not quoted on this site; each is confirmed per order against the actual specification.
  • Customer names and third-party proof are used only where public-use permission exists, so an offer never leans on a reference you cannot verify.

Comparison frame

Two documents that make offers comparable.

Use the same frame for every supplier you approach, including us. It is the fastest way to see where an offer is thin.

Specification sheet

What it holds: the fields every style is quoted against, so differences between offers are differences of substance rather than of description.

Quotation scope list

What it holds: delivery basis with named place, packing level, what the price assumes and what it excludes.

Questions before the next step

Common questions on this topic.

These answers define the decision boundary for this page. Commercial terms and factory-specific feasibility still require project review.

01What is included in a quotation?

The quotation states the specification it is built on, the quantity, the delivery basis with a named place, the packing level and the inputs it assumes. Anything not stated is not included — which is why the scope list matters more than the headline figure when you compare offers.

02What evidence supports the quality of my order?

The order runs against the sealed sample and the recorded materials, and the inspection points and the record kept at each stage are described on the quality-control page. Certificates we do not hold are never claimed; where a document comes from a mill or a material supplier, it is presented as theirs rather than as a garment certification.

03Can several styles travel in one shipment?

Yes. Styles are produced and inspected individually, then consolidated for dispatch under one delivery basis. Packing and marking per style still have to be agreed, because mixed cartons change how the goods are checked and how they are received at destination.

04What changes between the first order and a repeat?

The construction should not. A repeat runs from the approved base, with material confirmed per order because availability can shift between runs. Where a fabric or trim has to be substituted, the alternative is raised with you before production so the decision stays yours.

Send the specification and the destination market.

You do not need every answer before the first conversation. Share the product direction, available files, quality expectations and known commercial context.

Send an inquiry

Two steps, then review. Text only; no file uploads.

  1. Step 1 of 2 Fit check
  2. Step 2 of 2 Details
01 Initial fit check

Start with five required details. Add your project requirements next, then review before sending.

Choose the closest current category. Construction and supplier fit still require review.

Enter the buyer's working estimate, or “Not confirmed.” This is not an MOQ statement.

Add a website or phone Optional

A link to your brand or company site helps the review start with real context.

Include a number if you would like us to reply by phone or WhatsApp.

Nothing is sent from step 1. The detailed specification comes next.

When you select “Send RFQ”, the text fields are emailed to HACOLD and stored in the private inquiry dashboard for follow-up; short-lived pseudonymous request metadata is used for abuse control.
